Named executor? We’ll handle the house.
Being an executor means paperwork, deadlines and a house full of someone’s life. We secure the house, set aside papers and keepsakes for the family, and deal with the contents while you deal with the paperwork. You get a room-by-room photo inventory and an itemized sales statement, and video walkthroughs if you live away.

Questions people ask
I live outside Victoria. Can you handle everything?
Yes. We can do the walkthrough by video, send a room-by-room photo inventory, and keep you updated as the contents are sold and the house is cleared. At the end you get an itemized sales statement for the estate’s records.
What happens to papers, photos and family items?
We set aside documents, photos and keepsakes as we go, so they reach the family instead of a sale table or a bin. You decide what happens to each of them.
Do you help with probate?
No. We don’t give legal advice. We handle the contents and the house while you and your lawyer or notary handle probate, and our photo inventory and itemized statement give you a clear record for the estate.
What does it cost?
It depends on the house and what’s in it. After the free walkthrough you get a written estimate with every cost laid out, before you sign anything, and there’s no obligation.
What do you do, and what don’t you do?
We look after the house and its contents: securing the house, setting aside papers and keepsakes, a photo inventory, selling, donating and clearing, and an itemized statement at the end. We don’t act as executor and we don’t give legal or tax advice; that stays with you and your lawyer or notary.
