Estate cleanouts, down to the last shelf.
When a house has to be emptied, we sell what can be sold and donate what can be used first, then clear everything that’s left: every room, the attic, the garage and the shed. Recycling and disposal are handled for you, and the house is left broom-clean and ready to list, anywhere in Greater Victoria.

Questions people ask
What do you do with everything in the house?
We sell what can be sold, donate what can be used, and recycle or dispose of the rest. Selling and donating first means less goes to the landfill.
Do you clear garages, sheds and attics?
Yes. A clean-out covers every room plus the attic, the garage and the shed, so the whole property is ready when we hand back the keys.
Will the house be ready to list?
Yes. We leave it empty and broom-clean, ready for the realtor’s photos, the landlord or the new owner.
What does a clean-out cost?
It depends on how much is in the house and how much of it can be sold or donated. After the free walkthrough you get a written estimate with every cost laid out, before you sign anything.
Do I need to be there for the cleanout?
No. Once the plan is agreed in a written estimate, we can do the work while you’re away. Executors and families who live out of town get video walkthroughs, and papers and keepsakes are set aside for you before anything is cleared.
Do you take usable things to charity?
Yes. Usable items go to donation before anything is cleared, dropped off at places that accept them. Each charity decides what it takes, so anything it turns away is recycled or disposed of properly instead. That way less of the house goes to the landfill.
